I use CiviCRM as in internal tool for client management and for marketing purposes.Personal information such as name, email and other standard contact details is saved. It’s purpose is to communicating with clients thru invoicing, transactional emails and for engaging nonprofit leaders, leads and existing clients with occasional emails that are relevant to nonprofit space including: CRM technology, leadership, fundraising and valuable life lessons.
The CRM is in-house and does not share data with third parties.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
How long is your data retained
For users that register on this website (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Email subscribers may unsubscribe at any time thru a one-click process or contact me directly to be removed from the list.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, accounting, legal, or security purposes.
